NetWorthOS is a personal wealth management platform that helps you track, organize, and manage your financial assets. We provide tools for net worth tracking, family sharing, document storage, and financial planning.

2. Eligibility

To use NetWorthOS, you must:

• Be a resident of India or an Indian citizen abroad (NRI)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

5. Family Sharing

• Asset values are indicative and may not reflect real-time market prices
• Exchange rates are updated periodically and may vary from actual rates
• You are responsible for verifying critical financial information
• We are not liable for decisions made based on information displayed in the app

7. Subscription & Payments

During our beta/early access period, pricing and features may change. For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

NetWorthOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NetWorthOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NetWorthOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for investment decisions you make

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Fail to pay applicable fees

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
